After graduating for the 3rd time from NSU just a few weeks ago, I decided to turn my attention toward real estate investing and selling (something I’ve always been interested in). To that end, I enrolled in a prelicensing course to become a Real Estate Agent in Louisiana. So far I’ve completed approximately 1/4 of the course. Some of the topics covered thus far:
