A Course that Counts

I’ve had several emails from individuals outside of LA asking for referrals to the real estate course I’m currently enrolled in. I’m very pleased with the course thus far, particularly the way they’ve busted up larger chapters into smaller lessons. It’s also offered entirely online, which is also very appealing. Webtaught is recognized by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission as meeting their prelicensing requirements - I can’t vouch for the requirements of other states though. Your first stop should be the Real Estate Commission’s website for your state - they will likely have a listing of the vendors who offer courses that meet their requirements.
