Vi Yum Shake Recipes

Below are a few of my fav recipes, shared by the many VI users online!  Download more recipes in .pdf or .epub for your favorite reader.  Combine all ingredients and blend well.

PUMPKIN SPICE

8 oz skim milk or Almond milk
2 scoops Vi Shake Mix
1/3 cup canned pumpkin (without salt)
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
4 ice cubes

SUBLIME LIME

8 oz fat free milk
3 tsp lime Jello mix or freshly squeezed juice from one lime
2 scoops VI Shake Mix
6 ice cubes

VI YUM HOLIDAY

GINGER SPICED HOT COCOA

8 oz 1% low fat milk
1/4″ piece peeled, fresh ginger, sliced into 2 rounds
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp VI Shake Mix
2 tsp water

Heat milk and ginger on med-low until scalding (about 4 minutes). While milk is warming, add cocoa and VI shake mix to mug and stir until pasty. Remove ginger from warm milk.  Add chocolate mixture to milk and whisk until slightly frothy. Pour into mug and enjoy!  Derived from Food Network recipe.

VI YUM SNACKS

NO BAKE ENERGY BITES

1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
2 scoops Vi Vi-Shake
1 tsp vanilla

Blend all ingredients together and roll into balls!
