If you’ve read the recent issue of Woman’s World, you were likely as speechless as I was when I read the cover story. A 30-something mom lost an incredible 110 pounds in just 11 months - all from walking at a brisk pace for 50 minutes a day, 6 days a week! While 10 pounds by itself may not seem that much, add that loss over several months and you have an astonishingly high overall weight loss - definitely worth trying.
