Services: My services are strictly limited to those outlined below. All services are provided via mobile meaning we meet at your residence or other mutually convenient location. I do not have a brick and martor office.
Payment: Fee is non-negotiable, payable at the time service is rendered via cash or venmo only.

- Acts involving document preparation, 50% non-refundable prepayment is required.

- I do not maintain copies of executed documents.

- All parties, including witnesses, must be alert and cognizant, over the age of 18, with valid photo identification, and present at time of signing.
Court FIling & Fees: you are responsible for any necessary filing with the court. Court costs regarding civil suits are assessed and collected by the respective Clerk of Court. Please call their office with any questions. Pauper’s form for possible delayed or Reduced filing fees for certain suits can be found here for your convenience. Eligibility is determined by the Clerk’s office.
- Loan Closings – These are typically arranged through the lender directly with me. However, if you are provided a packet of documents and instructed to select your own notary, I can assist. These typically require two witnesses, which you’ll need to ensure are present at signing. See witness and ID requirements above. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the documents are returned to lender according to their instructions and payment of my fee at the time of execution.
- Business or Personal Loans – $100.
- Mortgage Refinance – $150.
- Acts of Cash Sale (Real Estate) – $150. Document preparatiom and execution only. Two witnesses are required to be present at the time of signing. 50% prepayment is required. Option 2 – If you do not require document preparation – $100.
- Name Change – legally change first and/or Last Name (adult or child) – $100. Includes document preparation, copies, and written step-by-step instructions. No witnesses required. 50% prepayment is required. Option 2 – meeting conducted virtually and prepared documents provided via email for you to print – $75. 50% prepayment is required.
- Divorce – $150. No fault, with or without children, lived separate and apart 6 months are longer.
Paying it forward:
I continue to offer no cost notarization to veteran patients at the request of the social worker or other health care provider, and only at the facility.
