    I provide bidder representation exclusively for lenders, foreclosure counsel, and servicers requiring local, in-person bidding in select Central Louisiana and Acadiana parishes.
    This service is limited to attendance and bid execution at scheduled sheriff’s sales and is performed strictly pursuant to written bidding instructions.
    Assignments are accepted subject to scheduling availability and confirmed prior to the scheduled sale date.
